Appmail is an innovative hybrid mail service. Hybrid, in that it is the new solution between snail mail and email. If you want your customers to receive physical documents you can now use hybrid mail to maximise your efficiencies and stretch your budget further. Appmail allows businesses to send physical post to any UK address, directly from their PC as and when they need to.
We provide a managed service that enables users to send post completely securely, directly from your PC or central data system / application. There is no need for in-house or outsourced mailing resource or services as using our ‘state of the art’ print house we will print, envelope and post entirely mechanically. We then sort the mail by destination postcode allowing us to secure a lower postal cost per item and deliver the mail to the relevant Royal Mail centres for the final delivery.
